The cabins are Longview and Cozy, in two separate areas of the ranch’s wilderness Primitive Area. Both cabins are perched high on a mountain just at the edge of aspen forests, with spectacular views. They are actually comfortable, off-the-grid, two-bedroom houses, reachable by Jeep or ATV in the summer, or snowmobile in the winter. They have a generator for electricity and a water supply from a spring, as well as a good stock of housewares, firewood for the wood-burning stove, and even games.  A refrigerator, stove, heat, and hot water are always on thanks to the propane tank. A nice place to go for a few days at any time of year, the cabins are especially prized by hunters, and homeowners must reserve in advance for hunting season. But they are beautiful all year round. One homeowner likes to go up for a week in the summer just to paint.
